Local Singapore Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled from our local warehouse in Singapore and delivered to valid residential and commercial addresses within Singapore.

Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delivery may take longer during major promotions, Singapore public holidays, severe weather, address problems, or courier disruptions.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees, free-shipping eligibility, and any applicable promotions are shown at checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent after your order is dispatched. You can also use our Track Your Order page. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Delivery Address

Please check the recipient name, delivery address, postal code, and phone number before placing your order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, email support@pethealerasia.com with your order number so we can assist.
