Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Pethealer Asia. This policy applies to orders delivered within Thailand.
Order Processing
- Orders are normally confirmed within 24 hours.
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are usually shipped on the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Order preparation usually takes 1–2 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Bangkok and nearby areas: 1–2 business days
- Other provinces: 2–4 business days
- Remote areas and islands: 3–7 business days
Delivery may take longer during promotions, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped through trusted carriers in Thailand, which may include Kerry Express, Flash Express, J&T Express, and Thailand Post. The carrier used may vary by destination and product type.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders. Please check the recipient name and parcel condition before making payment. If the item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect, you may refuse the parcel at delivery.
We reserve the right to restrict COD for future orders after repeated or unjustified refusals.
Shipping Fees
- Free shipping is available when an order meets the applicable promotion conditions.
- When no promotion applies, the shipping fee is calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent by email or message after shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours after shipment, please contact support@pethealerasia.com.
Delivery Address
Please check your recipient name, address, postal code, and phone number before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information supplied at checkout.
